This is a translation of the Spanish text. In case of doubt, the Spanish version prevails.
This website has no user accounts and does not store data by itself: we only process what you send us when you write or call. Here we explain what we do with it, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process and why
- If you write or call us (email, WhatsApp or phone): your name, your phone number or email and whatever you tell us, in order to reply, book your table or prepare your takeaway order.
- Server logs. Like any website, the server technically records the IP address, date and page visited, so the site works and for security. We do not use them to identify you or to build profiles, and they are deleted periodically.
Legal basis
Your consent, when you write or call us, and, when you ask for a booking, an order or a quote, handling that request or contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). Server logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6.1.f).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deal with your request. If there is a sale or an invoice, we keep it for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules). After that, we delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your data to anyone, unless required by law. It only goes through the providers we need in order to operate: the service that hosts the website, our email provider (Google, with Gmail) and WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there. Some of them may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, take it elsewhere (portability) and withdraw your consent. Just write to [email protected] saying what you would like. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
